In some ways, this is no different than a doctor, attorney, social worker, first responder, educator, etc. 

Not just a website for doctors but one for anyone with a high w2.

Maybe you are an attorney, engineer, doctor, surgeon, etc.

We salvaged all of his stuff and is waiting for doctors or his family to contact us. 

Not all paid education is equal...or worth it.If you had to have surgery, and the Doctor performing that surgery learnt how from discussion groups and blogs, then perfected it through trial and error, how confident would you be in the results? 

That is a terrible return on investment.As others have said, the only way his plan works is if you have a very high income (doctors, lawyers, etc.) or you are buying very cheap properties (10-50K homes in the hood or rural areas).

@Tyler CagliaIn other words, you prefer to replicate what the crowd in Walmart is doing instead of listening to the opinions of 10 doctors because the doctors disagree.

I would just encourage everyone on this thread to do some due diligence and explore how other successful and reputable real estate companies/landlords are navigating through this pandemic, and to conduct some research before you start making decisions based on a Biggerpockets post by a guy in plaid shorts claiming he is a real estate "specialist".Just FYI  Andrey is a Doctor  :)  Andrey see my post about some Colleagues of mine waiving the rent for the traveling nurses in their apartments..
