I'm their only child and about to have "the talk" about what their ideas are for the future in relation to their house (among other things).My husband is completely on board with them living with us, if they would like.

The youngest child is 5 or 6 so he isn't at extreme risk (under 2 years old).

It will give you a clue as to what might happen in the future - is the teenager becoming a problem child.

I've had a few people say it was the husband and wife, child and mother in law or a mom with adult children.

I got new month to month leases with the tenants just to see how they will pay... 2 tenats worked out ok but one tenant with a 2 year old child stopped paying rent after 1.5 month.

Then come to find out that one of the brothers-in-law(which title is in his name) has had a child support lean on it(which is now dropped from finding a job) but there is now two credit card leans on it.

:totally off topic, but the McDonald's hot coffee lawsuit is often used as the poster child for frivilous lawsuits.
