(Obsolete entertainment/over built for the amount of users just to markup homes) HOA(esque) Golf Courses closing down and going "Medium Density"<--Probably Higher Taxes collected by the city on the existing space (need new (under-performing) schools, added Police presence due to increased crime, etc...).Because after all Golf is a Business (like a Burger King), not a Real Estate Investment.Just my 2 cents.

I hardly doubt that Mc Donalds or Burger King needs to show the IRS every paper receipt for every hamburger they sold.For my real estate, it is not worth trying to save a few dollars by playing with the books because we make a ton of money and I don't have the time, energy nor the will to want to try to net a few more dollars.
