It's just now complete.The bad news:The Roof and two box gutters need to be totally re-done.We've been shipping water in two places for years.We need to repair a number of joists and about 16sq' of floor.The second floor's floors are bouncy and need to be tightened up.The good news:We found historically appropriate metal roofing the we can use city money on.We found metal roofing at a very good price through Modern Builders Supply.Almost every (brick) wall is nicely plumb.Almost all the floors are level.The wood floors in the rooms we want to refinish are BEAUTIFUL and have never been refinished, as far as I can tell.

It seems like at every sales meeting I attended some newbie was there trying to impress the President and Sales Manager with some new design business card; US Flag, American Eagle, Metallized, picture of kids, you name it-someone's already done it.Once at one of these meetings a District Manager got tired of all the wasted time and effort and told everyone to get out their card and pass it forward.

try getting a primer called gripper by gliddon and after cleaning reall good spray that primer on its verry tough then try spraying on a glossy white oil paint also verry tough I think it will last along time I did this to my pink tub and it seems verry durrable so far, cast iron tubs are much better than the thin sheet metal ones.

And it's always a spectacle to watch when the strippers come in and want to argue about why they have to take off their stilettos to go through the metal detector...on their way to Child Support hearings...anyway the auction.So yes, it's my understanding the Indian couple will buy anything and everything because they turn around and rent it to whomever is currently living in the property or anyone who is willing to rent it as is.There is another really really tall guy (hope he's not reading this) who buys until he and his cohorts run out of cashier's checks.
