I used all the features (except the contracts, they block that part out in the trial).  

Brand new 4b/3.5ba 2000 sq ft townhome  on same block (5625 Riverton ave, North Hollywood) rented out for $5800 after 2 weeks on market. 

It can be a hefty fix and a crack/blocked up line is not something you want to find out about after closing.

I could sit and tell you all zip codes I am comfortable buying in but Akron like many cities almost changes from block to block.

Even the long-term rentals I own people in the neighborhood have told me they don't want rentals on the block. 

but only on the East side below where the forest fires wiped out the trees on the hillside above the homesbest place is by fort tuthill and off lake mary rd because the interstate blocks most wildfires.
