You have to match the pre-fab style/look to the area where you want to build so it blends in nicely no matter what your tastes are.

Also for countertops we use formica (remember it is a rental property), but you need to use a dark color, if a tenant burns it it is not so noticeable, you can either charge them for the repair, and if it blends in you don't have to change it.  

Again, workflow is seamless and logical.Cons:- Their web development team can put together a nice looking website (at least we think it is!)

I was trying to figure out a way to make the kitchen blend with it a bit so it doesn't seem like you're walking into a fun house with the walls closing in on you as you walk in, but without getting rid of the wall between the kitchen and the triangular room I just can't figure it out.Thanks so much for your input!

My understanding is that you can BLEND IRA and non-IRA funds like that as long as the SDIRA gets paid back its fair share of the profits AND those funds are returned or added back to the SDIRA.

Expecting anyone to make it seamless on every project is unrealistic.

You typically want to see a blend of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, usually something like 30% 1 bedrooms, 60% 2 bedrooms and 10% 3 bedrooms.  

This often happens with blended families when there are step-children in the family or a case of "his, hers, and ours".
