Reston is a truly masterfully planned community, with 55 miles of paved pathways, tennis courts and pools in every neighborhood, and several beautiful lakes that make the area very attractive to live in for residents.

The beauty of the houses for a multi tenant property is that often the numbers do not have to be great on what you are buying, but you will still see a bump in income.

Pete aren't highly rated so targeting families at a higher price point for single family homes doesn't seem possible to me at the moment since these house are more expensive and most families will commute to private, charter or magnet schools so location doesn't mean as much.

Just stacking up $ for a brrrr deal at the moment.

I am frustrated at moment, my fiancee joined KFN about a month ago now its feeling like a scam.

I hope BP can fix both their onboarding process (at least lay out the ground rules and not just cancel someone at any moments notice without a warning) and hopefully provide more qualified leads.

The moment my partner and I feel the cash flow from short-term rentals (STRs) isn't worth the effort, we'll pivot. 

Fortunately it worked out but it took about an hour to hear back.I realized then I want to know when I book something that I got the booking at that moment.
