Usually if a basement floods it gets cleaned up quick enough to not leave a bathtub ring on the basement wall.

Tiling of bathtub surround and floor in bathroom; new cabinets, sink and countertop in kitchen and extending non load bearing wall in kitchen; repairing cracked and missing plaster on walls/ceilings; painting walls and ceilings;  and some minor electrical work.Any recommendations for someone good and, yes, inexpensive? 

From the looks of it, there is a bathroom on the other side of that wall and the leak is lower down on the wall, is the leak happening right around where the bath tub faucet is maybe?

Hey Everyone,I am looking for an inexpensive plumber in or around Manchester, NH for a bath tub and washer dryer install.

I just bought my first rental property (currently living in it myself) and wanted to convert the original bathtub to a shower (to make it look more appealing and it's a college rental so my tenants are probably college students).

The house inspector didn't go to the roof to check it out and he didn't find out the bath tub wasn't installed.

Bathtubs must be inaccessible to children, meaning bathrooms with bathtubs would have to be locked.
