I am an English and Canadian citizen living in Sydney, Aus, and planning to move back to Canada in a couple of years.

First of all, in the English version, only the title is in English and the rest is in Spanish.

If there are some kids that aren’t testing high because they are immigrants who don’t speak English as first language, it shouldn’t make much difference, especially for a rental property.

In addition to that,  they think that since I write to them or send a voice balst from time to time, I have not found a better or cheaper property than they have,which makes them even more rigid in their expectations.sorry for my english ...I will be grateful for any answer
