There are instances, though, where even the square footage on the MLS is wrong compared to the county auditor website.It sounds like you're trying to buy a house from my competitor.  

I called the Hamilton County Auditor today, explained to them the situation, and they agreed to change it.

The property itself lies in Mount Washington according to Hamilton County Auditor records.
