Hi Scott, I requested to join the group via link you provided. look forward to attending if my schedule permits.  

Some of them have the desire & extra cash to fly out to attend the inspection.

I appreciate your advice and yes, I plan on networking as much as I can, attend meetups, and do a lot of lisenting.
