I decided recently to become a licensed affiliate broker in the state of Tennessee to have faster access to listings, comps, get in doors, etc..

you can after 2 years at least it was 2 years many moons ago.. you can then sit for your brokers and you don't need to affiliate with anyone ( this is what I do) so I am not a member of a board or a member of MLS.. but it allows me to make referral fee's legally .. the only cost is every 4 years continuing ed and pay for another 4 years.. so lots of ways to use one.Plus when you become a broker you can then legally collect fee's on HML you broker.. if your into notes at all this could work well also.

I am not affiliated with them in anyway but they have some smart folks and if you google it, their meetings should turn up.

While my current job has solid  "street cred" as we're affiliated with a very-respected capital partner, I certainly make an average wage for the position.

Of Realtors leases cannot be used unless a licensed broker is affiliated with the lease.I do feel more confident with the stuff I have based on your responses.
