@Brad CrumptonCheck with City building department is the easiest and best way to figure this out.If you are using an architect, the architect should know the ADA regulations in residential construction.

Site work involves complete re-grading in order to meet ADA as well as direct stormwater to an area for attenuation and/or treatment.
