Will they tell Walmart to stop charging their customers?

It’s a national tenant in a small but solid market, located as an Outparcel to a Walmart Supercenter.  

IHL Group, a company focused on research in retail and hospitality, projected strong growth in quick service restaurants, steady growth for restaurants/bars, grocery stores, drugstores, and superstores, such as Wal Mart and Target.

I would assume people who live in D class neighborhoods are still able to work as they will “most likely” work at jobs such as Walmart, fast food, etc.

Walmart sells a 20 dollar Geeni camera.

I can tell you that if I were in your shoes, I would look the Wal-mart and work east on 378. 

Because of its location, there’s a large Walmart distribution center there.

Walmart, target, and home depot are all nearby over here.There are definitely some people who are commuting to Colorado Springs from Pueblo, one of my inherited tenants was one.

.- Walmart gift cards for tenants who have lost their jobs- switching to Rhino to allow tenants use their security deposits to pay rent in exchange of singing on a rental insurance ($5-$10/month)- keep an honest and open line of communications with our tenants, and letting them know we are there for them.How did you handle rent collections? 

I know people who rent them out for people coming in from Walmart as well!
