For the sake of simplicity, if the total square footage is 2,000 square feet for the garage and the house, and the garage unit is 500 square feet, then the garage takes up twenty five percent of the total property.

Rental Houses really do not make any Money except in the long run with holding for ten to twenty years and selling at the top of the next Market.

Class B assets tend to be a bit older, built within the last twenty to thirty years, the buildings tend to have little to no deferred maintenance.

Up till two months ago both parties made their portion of the mortgage payment in a timely fashion for twenty years.The other owner to be spiteful has not made several consecutive mortgage payments from June 2020.The stoppage of payments is intentional.
