Hi, I was wondering whether anyone has had any success finding properties yielding the 1% rule in Southern Ontario?

I have found it very difficult to find properties following the 1% rule in southern Ontario where I am based out of.

There are a ton of multi in Ontario near Euclid, south of 10, some with decent cap rate by Socal standard.

BTW, I have a brother in Ontario, how is the real estate market over there?
