I wanted to wait until I ran through the checklist and scoped the neighborhood.

I chose my broker because I was actually interviewed, they gave me hands on training, a younger culture, and small in size. 

I mostly listen to science, history, culture.

Without seeing the condition of the inside, I ran the numbers guessing 20k in repairs, 8k of closing costs (to be wrapped into loan).

Hey Melanie,I looked at a couple condos here and one issue I ran into in regards to financing had to do with an investor owning more then 60% of the units in the building.
