I would like to offer without an agent on some deals I have found on my own both on Realtor.com and off market facebook groups  1) am I insane to try purchasing my first property without an agent?

Our housing prices are insanely high to begin with.We take adjustable rate mortgages at levels you would never see in the US.

We had units in San Diego at the GR.  

My friend has worked for Progressive Auto for 10+ years and even he says it's insane. 

There are plenty of other legitimate lenders available.After this post I found they had an address in San Francisco that had a bank website that was identical with all the errors.
