While I am a do it myself kind of girl.

Apparently this 35 year old guy was chatting with some highschool girls on facebook and was not appropriate with his conversations and a daddy found out.

Also my water bills would surely suffer, although they would be much worse with 2 adults living with 2 teenage girls!

Plus, that one show, Rehab Addict, where the good looking girl fixes up houses "the right way" doesn't help either, on the 2 or 3 episodes I watched she made endless references to other house flippers and how they cut all the corners and basically ruin homes, especially older, classic homes!

From memory, I believe the age is up to 7 allowing a boy and girl sharing a bedroom.

So as my girl and I get into wholesaling we are looking at ways to use as much free information and services as we can to start out.

When 1 out of 4 girls & 1 out of 6 boys are sexually assaulted by their 18th birthday, there are a TON more sex offenders out there than what state websites show, because most are never caught & convicted. 

Can you see yourself living with two other girls while sharing one bathroom?

Especially since me, my wife and my three little girls live next door.I guess I consider myself a newbie because other than some pamphlets listing "Landlord Rights and Responsibilities" and "Tenant Rights and Responsibilities", for the most part I've just been flying by the seat of my pants.
