I am a 3 weeks out from closing on a residential property with a full basement that I plan to convert to dual living or short term rental.

There are high-voltage power lines running through the backyard of my house and I recently discovered that duplexes are not legal in Forsyth County. 

I haven't checked the voltage on the cooktop.

If you attack the frontage windows to get dual pane, use the Anderson wood frames and not the vinyl plastic stuff - - just ruins the architecture.
