Though yes, I do agree, too much of a stain on the name "Airbnb" would hurt us since as much as we like to say just get bookings other ways, many of us to rely on Airbnb for a large percentage of our bookings.And FWIW, I would not at all be surprised if a lot of it was hotel lobbying to drum up these social media trends.

Go out of your way, very specifically, to drum up 2-4 unit listings.

Listing agents don't even have to turn their brains on in order to start drumming up mythical bidding wars; if they are talking about multiple offers then go ahead and assume that they are saying the exact same thing regardless of what is going on in reality. 

If someone fills it up with hazardous materials or hard to dispose of items like tires or drums of who knows what, YOU will have a major headache on your hands.

Although one time there was a foreign object caught in the drum belt and pulley.
