Mr Beach, I only quoted you what i was told because i tried to find someone to remedy the problem but I know you prefer to use your own people which is fine and I understand....I did also tell you that I would not charge you the $85.00 service fee for David going out to the property to check on it to see what the problem was.

@David O'Sullivan JrRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

@Scott Smith and @David Disraeli, I was informed that South Carolina does not recognize Series LLC, thus any lawsuit would follow state established LLC law, not necessarily that of a Texas-based Series LLC.
