Some people like the cabin feel, some want a party home with a pool and BBQ grill, it all just depends on the vacation location and what your future renters will want.

Grilling your property manager on their screening process should be a high priority for anyone kicking tires on property management. 

Space permitting I could see value in:- Stellar grill- Bike rack and/or tools- cornhole set- a really big and nice TV for the gamiacs that pilgrim to town every weekend during foosball season.

Bought outdoor furniture and grill from Lower, they delivered it assembled.Loaded up from Walmart for kitchen items, big savings on silverware (service for 12 for $50).

House is 3500 SF on 1/2 acre on cul de sac, w/inground pool, expanded deck, outdoor kitchen/roofed grill area, fenced, sprinklers, excellent shape, etc.

It used to be my primary residence and it is was built in 2001 (I am the original owner) and it has an inground pool, outdoor built in grill, shed, huge deck, etc. house is over 3500 sq ft.

Newly built in 2022, this fully furnished community features amenities such as in-unit washer and dryers, eat-in kitchens, a 55” Smart TV, luxury vinyl flooring, a rooftop terrace with grills, off street reserved parking, and a car/bike share program.

Please quote me on that, maybe someone else can clarify.From my experience, if you are going the owner-occupied route... the lender is most likely going to grill you about your "intent to occupy" the new property.
