It used to be my primary residence and it is was built in 2001 (I am the original owner) and it has an inground pool, outdoor built in grill, shed, huge deck, etc. house is over 3500 sq ft.

Please quote me on that, maybe someone else can clarify.From my experience, if you are going the owner-occupied route... the lender is most likely going to grill you about your "intent to occupy" the new property.
