Extremely unlikely anywhere else.Condos are mostly being built in gentrified places like Bed Stuy and Crown Heights and AT BEST, you might be getting a rent payment that equals your mortgage (like @Eric A. said, unless you're putting down a big down payment) -- and that doesn't take into account common charges, taxes and maintenance costs.For example, the cheapest 2 bedroom (which is actually a converted 1 bed) I see under 96th is 800K --- but that has common charges and taxes of $3K/month.

He also had a giant cross in his living room that he would carry around while wearing an actual crown of thorns on his head and flagellating himself with a whip, which disturbed some of the other tenants in the building.
