It's too bad there aren't decent areas with civic leagues where you are looking to move as that is probably your best bet instead of trying to change HOA rules or get an exception as I know I wouldn't want a day care next door and would never vote to allow it, and most HOA owners probably would not, either.

And you really have to watch most rehab contractors as they are not ( not sure how you say this) but they are not in the same league as the subs generally that have one trade do their job and go to the next one.JLH
