Inventory will naturally tick up, because of what I feel is misdirection of agents by stressing spring season selling.

What was the event or action you took that no longer made you feel like an imposter but a real investor?

We were initially looking out of state for a potential move and or investment property just because the property taxes without being able to homestead, plus high cost of insurance, and harsh weather on homes made me feel like it might not be worth it.

I want to share an experience ive had over the past few months with my newest multifamily purchase, and highlight the importance of being consistent, telling everybody what you do, and what you are looking for even when you dont feel ready.

All help is appreciated and I feel really bad because my other tenants go to work and have children that go to school and they are not able to sleep properly because of the loud music.

I honestly feel bad saying that because anyone that has saved up $25K to invest should be darn proud of what they have accomplished as that's no easy feat.
