How it will impact growth, job creation and other important factors for real estate investors is really anyone's guess right now because there's no grand bargain or even a plan on how to fix the problem at every level of government.  

I have seen every aspect of how an income property package is put together (acquisition, ROI projections, and rehabs) processed (LLC creation, bank accounts, docs, closing), and life after the deal closes (insurance, management and re-sale). 

There are too many ways to get paid these days without the landlord having to schlep all over creation to all the units honking horns and picking up wads of sweaty money. 

Search Engine Optimization - This requires regular content creation, on page optimization and off page optimization through backlinks from authority sites.

BUT it could be argued and justifiably so that he did not want someone to purchase his copyrighted hard work and his creation from someone that STOLE his work..

@Bryan Hancock I disagree on a couple points.We worked with the Securities Commission in the creation of the laws and they are doing a very good job of balancing progress with public interest.

With that in mind, think of the biggest problems they face and create and offering that solves that problem.Basic value creation to max cash flow for a landlord.

If the new rules are reasonable, crowdfunding could help fill some of this demand and allow for expansion and creation of small businesses.  

If there are legitimate external forces such as job creation, or an influx of wealthy individuals, that can push prices up.

My plan for my first investment is to purchase a property as my primary residence that is in livable condition, but has opportunity for value creation.
