Unfortunately, there is no way 1 program can be the most competitive in all of the states all at once.2)  If you choose to get the best premium for each location, you are better off pairing up with an agent in each region. 

I was once able to do a 20 day turn around for a pair renovated units listed to move in, but was pricing it ~ 6% ($100) below value to get it filled before winter (hard market time).

So, if you end up needing to work on some part of it, add cleanouts to bring it up to code.Its pretty common to have pair of cleanouts somewhere in the main line. 

For example if you told me you wanted a pair of shoes and i the contractor came back with a pair of payless brown velcro shoes i suspect you may not be happy.

Never saw anyone take a lockbox that quickly, and I got a new pair of sunglasses too.

Sadly, the broke love pit bulls, just like many of them love guns, and are equally unfit to own those as well.I grew up with a breeding pair of  AKC-registered AmStaffs as the family dogs.
