generic.....yuckContracts are very important and you should learn about all of the different clauses that can be put into one.If there is something your trying to say or accomplish just write it in plain english what you mean....it avoids confusion.

The other thing you can do when you write your offer just put "Your Name and/or assigns" then you can assign the contract to your LLC.I've never had an issue with putting my name on the contract then at closing having everything drawn up in my LLC's name.
