There are strategies that you could do to try to get future paper losses reducing your active income, but those require you to change your income-earning activities.

There are many different systems, process, and pricing strategies to keep those type of people from staying at your property, or even having a party to begin with.

Whether it's analyzing market trends, scouting potential properties, or diving deep into the intricacies of investment strategies, I simply can't get enough.
