The first recreational pot stores are opening now and that is going to be my policy approach for this development.Times are a changin' and over half the people in the US support legal pot: http://www.gallup.com/poll/186260/back-legal-marij...My two cents is that you actually want them out back (outside) and not hiding in the closet or bathroom lighting up where you can get more odor, smoke or burn mark issues.The leopard seldom changes their spots, so channeling the behavior outside is probably more feasible than trying to police it or end it.Otherwise, the unintended consequence may be they will just smoke covertly inside and maybe damage your unit.I would not make a huge deal out of this for an otherwise good tenant.
