I am trying to get ahold of the insurance company to get more details on this but if the insurance companies are going this far I can see about 60% of Central Florida homes not selling due to $15K to $30K worth of additional wiring just to sell.

Any additional information just to help with the decision making process would be appreciated. 

When you buy or sell your own houses, you can get paid a commission or not pay someone else a commission - this is very valuable, especially if you are listing dumps that no one else wants to sell - sells our houses in a fraction of the time and for multiple offers and more money most often, so it makes us money.3.
