I'm gonna throw this out there.

I'd 100% do it and I don't even see it as all that risky because I'm pretty sure you could throw a dart on a map of companies and find a job making more than $27k.

While I know it is not 'throwing away money' because I am paying for shelter, it kind of has always felt that way and I have committed to the idea of putting my money to work by purchasing my first property when my current lease is up in the summer of 2020.
