How long can you support the property with only half rent?

It seems like it is coming from a place of good intention, but is not particularly well thought out and opens the door for a lot of serious issues.I fully understand the therapeutic and healing benefits of pets for certain people, but there are already protections in place for service animals as well as emotional support animals that protect this subset of pet owners so I don't really understand why this bill is necessary - seems like it will cause far more harm than good, and again, this is coming from someone that likes pets! 

My current market of Denver doesn't support great cashflow (price to rent ratio is way off) and so I wanted to do this virtually by leveraging other people's time and money.

Make sure to advertise in all the available channels you can find so you can perform a true test.

That will be a tough nut to crack.It sounds like you are going for more "word of mouth" to support those doing long term TDY/TAD. 

Cash from SFRs to flip was used to support the purchase of the MFRs.

The point being is you are all in OVER the actual ARV and I don't see data to support that ARV rising that quickly (and I could be wrong and the market takes off here).
