Our objective is to have a lean operation to start, and then can add to the systems once business gets rolling.

I have over 100 in my portfolio that I manage for clients and as a realtor my main objective is to get ppl in the right buildings. 

Any data shall integrate and divide the market based on this assumption first based on objective data.

My biggest objection is my market (Denver) is so expensive it’s hard to make the deal work.

If they have to take it back through foreclosure, they want to be holding the shiny (apartments) object (even though the returns on the MHP would obliterate that apartment building).
