Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

I'm NOT an expert on either taxes or legal issues but I've learned a ton from experts in the field by listening to podcasts, YouTube videos, etc.Search YouTube for the Rich Dad channel and look for videos on LLC'S, taxes, Cashflow Quadrant to get you started.

However, there have been times that (note that this is always novice investors) will send me endless listings and property addresses and ask me to call agents, drive by for them, do video walk throughs, etc; essentially invest many, many hours on their behalf, only to find out that they've bought a property either with another agent or off market in order to save money (ie; not pay me for my time and expertise after I've educated them on our market).

All of the posts or YouTube videos I've seen subtract the other unit or units rental income from the mortgage and say that's what you'll be left to pay.

I have photos of the damage and video of this guest abusing my property. 

I have been studying real estate for about 6 months, lots of books, videos, podcasts, meetings and analyzing deals.

I've watched numerous you tube videos and read many posts through BP as well as attended webinars and I'm looking forward to sharing my journey and experience with everyone as well as continue to learn for my new BP family.
