I was planning to use the verious apartments hunting sites as well as craigslist.

After reading BP books we failed to subtract all the other items...

I am currently using Redfin and realtor.com as my main resource but am struggling, mainly because I don’t see any comps on those sites.

There are a few townships that tried to ban it, but failed when the owner[s] took them all the way to the PA Commonwealth court, so PA state court so far are on the side of the home owners. 

@Daniel Pichardo Unfortunately, no I have never heard anyone using those sites.  

I started listening to real estate and financial podcasts about 2 years ago which led me to the BP podcast and then to this site.

There seems to be no way to search all evictions either current or past.I also don't want to search their site against my Listsource of 60k+ absentee owners.

As a matter of fact Bigger Pockets (the social media site you & I are currently on) happens to be one of the best social media sites in regards to driving traffic to your website.
