I am expanding my search of my first rental property into other areas at this time.

During my search on BP it looks like some people don't believe they will get the ROI on spending the money to separate meter on any property...then there are some that do  RUBS, submeter...ect.ADU's are unique and wanted to see if anyone has done one and what their experience and thoughts were.Any and all advice is appreciated.Thank you,Ronnie

Out of curiosity, I just ran an MLS search of condos in the city of PCB (some are beachfront and some are not) and came up with 54 options under $150K - some as big as 1,430 sq. ft.Let me know if you'd like more information. 

Then I'll take the property address and look up the owner on the county Real Estate Data Search.

I have been searching for a property for well over a year in the hartford county, CT to no avail.

Then you can search a market and click on the real estate tab and you can see all the real estate news for that city. 

The best comp for a 1 minute search turned up $426k in Oct'16. 

Hi, I searched around for a bit but couldn't find a clear answer for this.If I purchase a property with cash and then immediately get a delayed financing, is the delayed loan traced to the property I bought?

I'm in the process of searching for my first investment property and was wondering how important it was to link up with a good RE attorney before closing on a property? 

I figure I should do my normal due diligence (title search and home inspection).
