Do I inform her when I'll be coming to take photos, or do I have to cooperate with her schedule?

I leave all the doors open, schedule showings open house style and let everyone who comes in know that i am expecting others to show up any minute now.

I scheduled my test for an afternoon.  

I am scheduled to take my RE salesperson license in a few days(nervous) and I am located in the New Orleans area. is there anyone that can offer some words of wisdom on the exam.

I would check their schedule.

Hi there, I rent rooms out in my house which I also live in.I recently had a new tenant move in as of April 28th.When tenants move in I usually have them sign a month-to-month lease right away or if not [conflicting schedules or me forgetting] then I post date the lease to day of move in or start of month and we sign.As my newest tenant keeps to himself a lot or is often out and I have been pretty busy I posted the lease and lead disclosure to his door with a note asking him to please review and sign it and talk to me if he had any questions or concerns.My problem is that it is now the 13th of May and the lease is still taped to his door and I have reminded him casually twice and in a more serious tone once that "I really need him to get the lease back to me."

So there are MUCH more knowledgable people on the REI side of Fresno, but I've lived here for a while and drive through many of these neighborhoods routinely for work.  

@Brian Hayes Is there usually a new thread created when the upcoming meet ups are scheduled and confirmed?

That county Clerk of court site should at least have an auction schedule somewhere, with a list of properties, even if the auctions aren't online.
