(If it's a small claim, like $10,000, the PA probably won't spend too much time putting together a thorough scope of work.)- Ask the owner if they have a PA.

Right now isn't the best time, as many property managers are going bonkers right now with rental turnover, but if you catch them at the right time, they are typically, more than willing to spend 5 minutes of their time to offer help. 

You can spend an awful lot of money on rei  education and still miss this important step Knowing your market. - Knowing theoretically how to evaluate a deal does no good in you don't know YOUR market well enough to apply it. 

I'm reviewing their management agreement and came upon:Is this a typical compensation clause that most Management/Broker companies include in their agreements?  

Would it be worth trying to spend money to get it permitted, or would it be too risky?
