The RR tab tells me a story about type of tenancy- how granular they are and when the most roll would occur, who are the major tenants- for MF it does not really matter but for multi tenant office, industrial, retail, I would take note of the biggest tenants in the entire portfolio and will want to make sure they all dont roll in the same time.

If location and area is strong then plenty of business tenant demand to refill the space.I personally love commercial retail and dealing with business owners.

@Maya TorresHey MayaHate to say this but you're both losers in going this route (you and the sellers) if you pursue legal remedy here.My advice would be to learn from it, don't pay retail contractor prices for their work, and get ready to roll up your sleeves, be resourceful, and fix the issue!

Your exit options are limited and will consume some of the previous cash flow.I still believe in the San Diego market but not necessarily if you purchase an RE at retail that does not have a value add.

They don't sell to retail buyers only wholesale so you will need to create a free wholesale account.I have purchased a whole lot of cabinets from here so highly recommend.
