Umm, they have banking regulations that require lenders to follow rules regarding who/what/how they lend to people.

Just be careful because some cities have regulations with room rentals. 

Be careful in Georgia there is NO state licensing or regulation on home inspectors, this mean any body can claim to be an inspector. it should be between 200 to 400 depending on the size, age, and other factors.Let me know if you have any other questions.

If the residents are not willing to pay the new amount for lot rent and/or not following the rules and regulations of the park, then yes there is a reason to take them to court and pursue an eviction.
