I'm easily going to spend what these cards require to receive points on incentives so I see it as a free flight, every time. 

I have reached out to some members that I found via the search feature but haven't received many replys. 

Also, many people do not receive business until after the first 6-8 months.

I have asked around about hard money loans to fund the repairs, and most feedback I have received is that since I already own the property I will have trouble finding a hard money loan. 

That is consistent with the recommendation I received from another team member.

People pay more attention to deals if/when there's a lot of their own money on the line!

The information I have received states it has been above 90% occupancy, and it shows a 7 CAP rate and about 30k in expenses.

We will then transfer title to the LLC upon closing (we have received lenders permission to do this).My question is, when we come to purchase another property will the lender view me as responsible for the whole mortgage debt and only 33.3% of the income?
