They seem to think they are the bastion of logic, even though they are clearly not and write like a 3rd grader, with the worst grammar and spelling I've ever seen, random words have their first letters capitalized even if they are not the beginning of a sentence.

Cook County and the City of Chicago love their taxes as well so be sure to figure on paying a lot more in taxes and some random taxes you've probably never even heard of..

I manage the properties myself and have done many of the renovations (based on YouTube videos and Home Depot).My background is accounting and finance: CPA/MBA (Columbia University).At this point, I'd like to transition out of the sweat equity phase and into building a team and growing.I'm curious how others have managed that transition.  

I’d rehab the property myself off YouTube videos if I had to (despite no mechanical or contractoral ability). 

I just took a random stack of 39 business cards from my desk. 10 were blank on the back5 had hand written notes from either me or the person who gave it to me19 had large company logos or a list of services the company offers2 had offers of referral bonus, similar to the great suggestion from @Steve Vaughan3 had lines to track details on your appointment - one property property manager had lines for property address, size of unit, rent amount, deposit, app fee, likes and dislikesHonestly, I don't recall every looking at the back of most of these cards.

@Yan Guo If I was you I would watch a you tube video and do it yourself, it is that simple.
