Such vehicles are a means for your IRA to invest in real estate, not a way for you to get your hands on the IRA money for your own deals.So, the main comparison to make is; can the IRA grow better and more securely invested in real estate than it can in whatever it is invested in today.

Cash invested: $35,000

Currently house hacking my own home

At the time I was able to secure a loan at 3.25% as I put 50% down.

It will take a leap of faith to do my first deal but if I have a credible partner or an investor who would allow me to work with them then I think it would be possible to secure a good deal.
