Knowing how many wholesale type events are out there and that title companies do not catch all things, I would guess there are some snags that are pretty problematic.In addition, it brings to light under some of the same guise, the deed language used and lack of express language to prevent merger.

Carve-outs for bad boy provisions okay, but I doubt this will even come up-No points and market-based rate-80%+ LTC-Blanket loan with release clauses (I'll start doing some research on language for these today)-Release clauses should allow us to build on any of the lots and not prevent "checker boarding" (the lots are all adjacent so I can't imagine this is an issue less some of the flag lots)-Release clauses should keep seller's security interest in tact and allow our group to take pro rata distributions as projects sell.

Fear cripples and holds back so many and prevents them from reaching their full potential.When I did my first deal I Was terrified about so many things, when I did my 2nd deal I Was still terrified but a little less, whenI did my third deal I was still scared and also 2nd guessed myself but the fear slowly began to dissipate.Therre will always be that fear but the more experience you get the more confident you will become in your own judgement.Sure, we make mistakes along the way, that si how we learn.

Since you got the smack down and having it inside is not ok then my bet is they have done some good research and the ordinance is air tight.
