Now, I am not completely opposed to allowing pets but tenants should have discussed this and got permission to have a pet probably I would have allowed with pet fee.

I tend to be able to charge more for rent on top of pet rent due to the lack of properties willing to allow pets so all in all I think I am coming out ahead.
