It's hugely trolly, weird, and borderline sociopathic.Healthy disagreements are fine in forums, but when you initiate the conversation, you can't later hide from it and make it like someone else started it when the entire dialogue is right above.A lot of this has to do with personal fragility and internet puffery.At one point, I invited two trolls to hop on a recorded (for everyone's sake) Zoom to discuss what they were up in arms about.

Hi - I should have clarified - when my tenant was in this situation I was very upfront with her that over the course of the year it would net out to an increase in the rent (2 payments worth) and wrote an addendum to the contract/lease agreement that I had her sign acknowledging that she was aware of this and the biweekly payment terms.

I've personally seen concessions up to 8 weeks free plus a 6 hours of free moving as an example for what some apartments are offering as concessions to fill up their communities.As the market continues to evolve and more apartment communities become available I suspect there will be more concessions for renters to take advtange of as supply begins to outpace demand.
