From the little I know, it seems to lean heavier towards a full time role, especially in the trainee period which would be 2 years in the wonderful state of TN, which from what I could tell would be under my current pay.

It was 20 years ago , so when the second best time , the time is now ,, The key is action , action and action , pa f you wait till you know everything , you will never gets started becuz theirs always something else that comes up , Ask anybody that’s been doing it for any period of time , and 9 outta 10 will tell their was always something going on that people where tellingthem they shouldn’t invest , either you invest or you don’t, you can’t do both !

TODAY -before the sun sets - send/post a Notice To CURE to the TENANT (not the son) for allowing non-lease disclosed persons to reside at the property; in your state, the cure period is 3 days ("1161(2)).
