We're in the process of transitioning to allow our tenants to pay their rent online through Cozy.

I want to jump into the game, but i feel like I still have a lot more learning to do, and don't know where to start.

Unless there is a sports event (e.g. 49er game) where all area motels, and hotels are full, people do not flock to these discounted housing.

Been at this game for 10 years now.

Patrick green , the only thing I did was drive around my neighborhood and look online so far.

I can live with that for this first one in 10 years to get me back in the game.
